These terms govern the use of SyndicHubs by property managers, their staff and residents.
1. The service
SyndicHubs is an online co-ownership management platform: service charges, payment tracking, accounting, incidents, announcements, documents, votes and general meetings.
2. Accounts
Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions taken with their account. The property manager decides who can access their building; residents access their space with their unit's access code.
3. Trial and subscription
A free trial is offered when the first building is created. After that, full access requires a subscription based on the number of units, payable monthly or yearly. It can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page and remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Service charges
SyndicHubs does not collect service charges: they are paid to the property manager, for example by bank transfer with the reference shown. The property manager remains solely responsible for their charges and accounting.
5. Fair use
You agree to use the service fairly, in compliance with applicable law and with respect for other co-owners, and not to publish unlawful or harmful content.
6. Assistant and automatic generation
Assistant answers and automatically generated content (minutes, announcement drafts, invoice reading) are aids: check them before use.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to provide a continuous and secure service but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. SyndicHubs is not responsible for decisions made by the property manager or the general meeting.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. They may change; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
