One charge for a unit, or a call for funds split across the whole building by shares. Each resident is notified and sees the charge in their space.
Automatic reminders
An overdue charge is marked late and the resident is reminded automatically, at most once a week and three times in total.

Record a payment by transfer, check or cash: the accounting entry is created at the same time.

Are charges split automatically by shares (tantièmes)?+
Yes: with a call for funds, you enter a total and SyndicHubs creates each unit's charge according to its shares (or in equal parts), to the cent, with a preview before you confirm.
How do reminders work?+
Every day, overdue charges are marked late. The resident gets an in-app notification (and an email once email sending is enabled), at most once a week and three times per charge.
Can residents see their charges?+
Yes. Each resident sees their charges, the bank details with the reference to quote, and downloads their receipts.
