Can residents pay by card?+
Not yet. Card payment will be switched on once a Moroccan payment provider is signed. Today residents pay by bank transfer with the reference shown, or directly to the manager.
How is a payment recorded?+
The manager records the payment received (transfer, check or cash). The charge becomes « paid » and the accounting entry is created.
Does SyndicHubs collect the money?+
No. Charges are paid straight into the building's account; SyndicHubs only organises and tracks.
